What's this bit all about?

I'm in the process of producing a new service called /ali - TV. This is my attempt at starting my own TV station.

In the first instance, because of the huge financial backing required in such an undertaking, it's going to be virtual station. All of the planning will be real and the research thorough. Nothing physical will exist though. Just what appears here, online at /ali.
